1. Who we are
This website (www.globalmededexpo.skolarrs.com) and the Global MedEd Expo 2026 seminar series are operated by SKOLARRS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY registered at 1515, 3rd Floor, The Grand Hub, Avinashi Rd, opp. Varatharaja Mill, Peelamedu, Tamil Nadu 641004, India. GST: 33AAYCS5512L1ZT.
In this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean SKOLARRS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. "You" means any person who uses this website or registers for a seminar. By using this website or registering for a session, you accept these Terms.
2. What we do — and what we are not
We are a private overseas education counselling and admission advisory service. We help students identify, apply to and enrol in medical, nursing, veterinary and allied health programmes at universities outside India.
We are not:
- a university, college or degree-awarding body;
- a government body, or an agent, representative or authorised partner of any government body;
- affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the National Medical Commission (NMC), Indian Nursing Council (INC), Veterinary Council of India (VCI), the Professional Regulation Commission (Philippines) or any other regulator, examination authority or embassy;
- a bank, non-banking financial company, lender, or a direct selling agent for any lender;
- a recruitment agency, visa consultancy or immigration adviser.
Where we act for a partner university, we act as an authorised admission representative of that university only, and our authority is limited to the admission process.
3. The seminar
3.1 Entry to Global MedEd Expo 2026 sessions is free. No registration fee, entry fee or deposit is charged, and no payment of any kind is collected at the venue. If anyone asks you for money in our name at a venue, do not pay, and report it to us on the number below.
3.2 Registration reserves a seat only. Seats are limited per city and are allocated in order of registration. Registration is not a contract for admission to any programme or university.
3.3 Your city is assigned based on the district you select. Venue addresses are confirmed by WhatsApp to the number you register with, usually two to three days before the session.
3.4 We may change the date, venue, timing, format or content of any session, or cancel or postpone a session, for reasons including low registration, venue unavailability, weather, public order, examination schedules or any cause beyond our reasonable control. We will notify registered participants on the number provided. Because entry is free, we are not liable for travel, accommodation or any other cost you incur in attending, or in attending a session that is later changed or cancelled.
3.5 Attendance is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own belongings and for the conduct of any minor you accompany. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, any person who disrupts a session, records it without permission, canvasses other attendees, or behaves in a way that is unsafe or offensive.
3.6 Sessions may be photographed or filmed for our records and for publicity. If you do not wish to appear, tell the venue team on arrival and we will accommodate you.
4. No guarantees
We give no guarantee, assurance or promise, verbal or written, of:
- admission to any university or programme;
- a "blocked", "reserved" or "confirmed" seat;
- the grant of a student visa or any other visa by any country;
- the grant of a scholarship, fee waiver or discount;
- passing FMGE, NExT, NCLEX, the PRC licensure examinations, Prometric/DHA/HAAD/MOH examinations, or any other screening, licensing or language examination;
- registration with any medical, nursing or veterinary council in India or elsewhere;
- employment, internship, residency, permanent residency or citizenship in any country.
A degree obtained outside India is not automatically valid for practice in India. Meeting eligibility requirements, obtaining any required eligibility certificate, clearing the applicable screening examination and securing council registration are the student's own responsibility. Any person who tells you otherwise — including anyone claiming to represent us — is not authorised to do so.
5. Information on this website and at our seminars
5.1 Fees, eligibility criteria, course duration, medium of instruction, intake dates, accreditation status, regulatory recognition and licensure pathways are set by universities, regulators and governments — not by us — and can change at any time, sometimes without notice and sometimes retrospectively.
5.2 We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Country comparisons, cost estimates and pathway summaries are provided for general guidance and to help you frame questions.
5.3 Verify independently. Before you pay any money to any university or accept any offer, confirm the position from official sources — the university itself, the NMC, INC or VCI, the relevant foreign regulator, and the relevant embassy or consulate. Statistics such as FMGE pass rates are drawn from published sources and are historical; they do not predict future outcomes.
5.4 Nothing on this website or said at a seminar is an offer of admission. An offer can only be made by a university in writing.
6. Education loan assistance
6.1 We help you shortlist lenders and prepare your loan documentation at no charge, whether or not you enrol through us.
6.2 We are not a lender and not an agent, DSA or referral partner of any bank or NBFC. We do not sanction, approve, underwrite or guarantee any loan. We receive no commission, referral fee or other payment from any lender in connection with your loan.
6.3 The decision to sanction a loan, the amount, the interest rate, the security required and all other terms rest entirely with the lender. We cannot promise approval and do not promise a timeline.
6.4 Never pay any person a fee to "arrange", "approve" or "guarantee" a loan. We do not charge for this and neither should anyone acting in our name.
7. No professional advice
Information we provide about education loans, interest deductions under Section 80E, Tax Collected at Source under Section 206C(1G) of the Income-tax Act, the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, IBA collateral thresholds, currency exposure, visas, immigration or foreign law is general information only, correct to the best of our knowledge as at the date stated, and is not financial, tax, legal or immigration advice. Rates, thresholds and rules change. Consult your bank, a qualified chartered accountant, a lawyer or the relevant authority before you act, remit funds or file a return.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information you give us — including your name, contact number, district, academic status and NEET details — is true, accurate and your own;
- you will not register on behalf of another person without their knowledge, or submit another person's contact number;
- if you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian has read these Terms, consented to your registration, and will be contactable on the number provided;
- you will not use this website to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to it.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, design, the Global MedEd Expo name and logo, the Skolarrs Solutions name and logo, graphics, posters, schedules and cost sheets — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or use it commercially without our written permission. Third-party names, flags and university marks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
10. Third-party links and services
This website links to and loads services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp, Google and Meta. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 This website and our free seminars and loan-documentation assistance are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, admission, academic year, savings or earnings, arising from your use of this website, your attendance at a seminar, reliance on any information we provide, or any decision taken by a university, lender, regulator, embassy or examination authority.
11.3 Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us, if any. Entry to the seminar is free and no amount is payable to us for it.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from information you submit that is false or belongs to another person, or from your unlawful use of this website.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. The version published here at the time you use the website or attend a session applies. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
